This website and its separate projects
This notice covers chuma-ai.pages.dev and its embedded browser demos. There are no user accounts, payments, newsletter subscriptions or contact forms on this website. CHUMA Archive and the original Scene Studio workspace are separate websites. Their own notices apply when you choose to visit them.
Website delivery and security
When your browser requests a page, font, image or 3D model, Cloudflare receives the IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information and other connection or security metadata. This is used to deliver the website, prevent abuse and investigate faults. For processing on our behalf, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or audience profiling. Ordinary hosting and security processing still occurs.
Files selected in the 3D demo
The prepared demonstration model is downloaded to your device. Scene edits and images selected for material previews are processed in your browser. This demo has no file upload endpoint, project database or AI connection. It does not send those selected images, their filenames or scene edits to our server or an AI provider. Closing or reloading the demo clears its in-memory changes. Your browser may retain ordinary cached site assets. See Demo data.
When you email us
We receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, through our Gmail mailbox. We use them to answer and manage the enquiry. Responding to general enquiries and protecting the service rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)); handling a specific request before entering a contract may instead rely on Article 6(1)(b). Please do not email confidential client files or sensitive personal information unless we have agreed an appropriate way to handle it. We do not use an enquiry as permission for marketing.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting, delivery and security. Google provides the Gmail mailbox if you contact us. These providers operate internationally, including in the United States; exclusive EU or EEA processing is not promised. Cloudflare also explains processing it undertakes for its own security and network purposes in its privacy policy. Its data processing addendum describes applicable transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to a particular request. Gmail correspondence is also subject to Google’s privacy policy.
How long information is kept
We do not create a separate visitor log database or store your demo edits. Hosting and security metadata follow the retention applicable to the relevant Cloudflare service and security purpose. We review correspondence after an enquiry is resolved and delete it when no longer needed, normally within 12 months of the final reply. There is no automatic mailbox deletion. Records needed for an unresolved issue, a legal obligation or a specific legal claim may be retained longer, with access limited to that need and reviewed when it ends.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If a future optional activity relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Email chumastudiobyelena@gmail.com. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month; if a permitted extension is necessary, we explain it within that month. We may request proportionate evidence to verify a request. You may complain to Datatilsynet or another competent data protection authority without contacting us first.
Security and changes
We use HTTPS, restrict administrative access and keep contact correspondence out of the public repository and website. No absolute security guarantee is made. There are no advertising profiles, sale of visitor data or decisions producing legal effects through automated processing on this site. Material changes to this notice will be dated here before the affected new processing is introduced.
